Support Groups Kick Off the New School Year in August PDF Print E-mail

Typically, homeschool support groups take the summer off and resume activities in August or September. Fall is the best time to get in on clubs, sign up for field trips, meet other new members, and plan to attend meetings. Most homeschoolers are members of more than one support group in their area, so feel free to visit all of them to find the support your family needs.

Thursday, August 3
6:30 p.m.
Fellowship of Home Educators (FHE) Kick-off Meeting
Heritage Baptist Church in Prattville
Based in Prattville, FHE offers many clubs and activities for all ages. They meet at different times and locations that are convenient to the individual club members.
